Our chemical cleaning service are as follow Decontamination hydrocarbon related equipment such as storage tank, vessels, distillation column etc. Passivation service to build up passive film on metal surface such as passivation cooling water system (before startup and/or after turnaround), passivation of distillation column to antipolymerization and etc. Alkaline cleaning to remove oil and/or grease from metal surface. It can help to remove some species of deposit from metal surface or soften that deposit before it will be removed in next cleaning step. Acid Cleaning will remove mill scale and deposit out of metal surface. Passivation after acid cleaning is recommended to prevent flash corrosion after cleaning process.
